Yes and no. Contact me before purchasing to see if we can work something out. Most orders are shipped via First Class Package mail which will take 5-10 days depending on where you are located. It’s best to upgrade your delivery to Priority (2-4 days) as it may take me sooner to get the product out, but the service will depend on your carrier.

If it involves epoxy, then no. Epoxy needs time to cure, so I will not be able to rush your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may/will be deducted from your refund.

Hand wash only. Do not soak, microwave, leave in hot car, or drop. It is not dish wash safe and if you have a bamboo lid, it will need to be dry immediately after wash to prevent mold.

The difference is the base color and type of cup. 32/20 oz white and silver is stainless steel and insulated for hot and cold drinks.

The glass cups are made for cold drinks and comes with bamboo lids. The clear is clear and the frosted clear is translucent with a cloudy look.
